It is a pleasure to invite you to the 14th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society for Adult Congenital Heart Disease. We hope this conference will give you the opportunity to share the best of science and education in ACHD. The conference main theme is "Proposal for Nationwide Systems for ACHD Patient's Clinics ~Collaboration between Adult and Pediatric Cardiologist". We are proud to host this meeting from 14 to 15 Jan 2012 in Tokyo and will do our best to ensure a successful meeting with an excellent scientific programme.
